Important: Digital Product Notice

LaunchSuite SaaS Kit is a downloadable digital product (source code). Once you complete your purchase, you will receive immediate access to download the complete source code. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, as digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed.

1. Nature of This Product

LaunchSuite SaaS Kit is a SaaS boilerplate sold as downloadable source code. Upon purchase:

  • You receive immediate access to the complete source code repository
  • You are granted a perpetual license to use the code for your own projects (as per our License Agreement)
  • All code, documentation, and assets become available to you instantly upon payment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product with instant delivery and that you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive any right to withdraw/cancel after the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Refund Policy

✗ No Refunds for Change of Mind

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you simply decide the product is not right for you. Once you have accessed or downloaded the source code, a refund is not possible as the product cannot be "returned."

✓ Refunds for Technical Errors or Our Fault

We will issue a full refund in cases where:

  • Duplicate charges: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Failed delivery: You did not receive access to download the product due to a technical error on our side
  • Corrupted files: The delivered files are corrupted or non-functional and we are unable to provide a working replacement
  • Product not as described: The product is fundamentally different from what was advertised on our sales page
  • Billing errors: You were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 2 above, please:

  2. Include your order number and the email used for purchase
  3. Clearly describe the technical issue or error you encountered
  4. Provide any relevant screenshots or evidence of the problem

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with our decision. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issues quickly and fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks (disputing a charge after accessing/downloading the product without a valid reason) may result in:

  • Revocation of your license to use LaunchSuite SaaS Kit
  • Reporting to payment fraud databases
  • Legal action to recover costs and damages

6. EU Consumer Rights Notice

For customers in the European Union: Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. However, for digital content (including downloadable software), this right is waived once you begin downloading or accessing the content.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The digital content will be made available to you immediately upon purchase
  • You are waiving your 14-day cancellation right as soon as you access or download the content

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. For refunds requested before any policy changes, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
